Shipping & Returns
When you return with our prepaid label we deduct a $10 shipping & processing fee.

We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours. All orders placed before 1pm EST will be processed that same day.
Orders delivering in the United States will be sent via FedEx Ground, and take between 3-5 days to arrive. You may upgrade to FedEx 2 Day Shipping at checkout if you would like your order sooner. We also offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all US orders over $250.
We also currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Asia, Australia, New Zealand & the EU via DHL. Orders can take between 5-7 business days to be processed and delivered. Addresses must be written in English lettering to prevent any delays in processing.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in the US. Shipping costs are dependent on weight. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and will be charged at the time of checkout for your order to be delivered duty paid.
UK customers please note, at this time we are only able to ship orders with a value greater than £135.
Order Changes or Edits
Once your order has been placed we cannot make any changes to the order or the shipping address. So please double check your details before hitting submit.
Sales and promotions cannot be retroactively applied once your order is placed.

We are happy to accept returns on all items within 30 days from the ship date. This applies to all of our items, except for those purchased on final sale. Please note that at this time we are only able to accept returns from the United States. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, and may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock when your original item arrives back at the warehouse. We suggest that you return the original item and order the one you want instead.
When using our prepaid shipping label, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose not to use our label, we strongly encourage the use of a shipping method with tracking and insurance. SZ Blockprints is not responsible for returns that don’t reach our warehouse.
Damaged/Wrong Items Received
You might find some small but unexpected marks on the fabric. These are tiny dry droplets and are a normal echo of the printing process, signifying the handmade nature of our products, each of which is entirely unique.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email email@example.com with your order number and photos showing the issue.
We will not accept returns on items that customers have damaged with perfume, deodorants, or non-natural washing detergents. Our styles are delicate due to their handmade nature and we provide specific instructions for how to care for them.
Stolen or Lost Orders
Please reach out to our customer service team if your order has been stolen or is lost. Please note any cases raised for a lost or stolen package can take up to 20 days. SZ Blockprints is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required delivery.
