SS27 · United States Market · Effective for all SS27 wholesale orders

Minimums & Ordering

Order minimum: $2,000 USD per season, combined across Delivery 1 and Delivery 2, with a minimum of 3 units per style.
Final orders are due within one week of the Showroom appointment, unless otherwise specified by SZ Blockprints.
Once submitted and confirmed, all orders are considered binding and subject to the terms outlined below.

All accounts require payment in full on fulfillment within the designated shipping window.
Wire transfer and credit card payments are accepted.
Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Orders are collected and confirmed through the SZ Blockprints wholesale account portal.

All merchandise will be shipped at the customer's expense unless otherwise specified on the order or authorized in writing by SZ Blockprints.
Pricing shown on the line sheet is landed wholesale pricing. The only additional shipping charge applicable is domestic U.S. shipping.
Purchase orders submitted with requested ship dates outside of SZ Blockprints' designated shipping windows must be confirmed in writing by SZ Blockprints. Otherwise, orders will ship according to their assigned shipping window.

Delivery 1: February 15 to March 15, 2027
Delivery 2: April 15 to May 15, 2027
Purchase orders must specify the requested drop or shipping window.
Purchase orders submitted with dates outside of these designated windows must be confirmed in writing by SZ Blockprints. Otherwise, the order will ship according to its assigned shipping window.

Return authorization requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
All return authorization requests must include: date of request, style number, quantity, invoice number, and reason for return.
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified or authorized by SZ Blockprints.
A credit memo will be issued for approved returned goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exclusive and re-cut styles are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All confirmed orders are binding and non-cancellable.
Once an order has been confirmed by SZ Blockprints, it cannot be cancelled, reduced, or otherwise modified unless expressly authorized in writing by SZ Blockprints.
Confirmed merchandise will be shipped according to the applicable shipping window and the customer will be invoiced for the full order amount.
