James and James Fulfilment: They process your name, address and other contact details in order to process and dispatch your order on behalf of SZ Blockprints Ltd.

Klaviyo: Is an email marketing platform which we use to manage our customers communication preferences and create and distribute our marketing emails. They process your; name, email address, address, telephone number, and order information (depending on the preferences you select).

As a retailer, we are fortunate to have loyal customers who purchase our products over many years. To serve our customers in the best possible manner and to continue to inform them about new products and services we have decided to retain customer data for 20 years after the last purchase date.
