Shipping and Returns

We ship to all countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. If you are outside of these areas, please visit our US site, for your shipping.

All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail and DHL. UK Standard Delivery is free, all other shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. When your order has been processed, you will be sent tracking information through ViewPort. 

Homeware delivery cost is £10. Please allow 2-5 business days to deliver your order, depending on its final destination. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been sent out.  


Return Policy

Please note – We accept returns on full price items within 14 days after delivery. All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Exchanges will be accepted within 28 days of receiving.  


To make a return/exchange

All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tags must be int heir original condition.  

Contact customer care at to get a link to submit your return or ask for an exchange.  

Pack your order in the original packaging, including the packing slip. Mail back to our distribution centre via any service at your expense.  

Please allow 2 weeks for your refund from when the item(s) reach the distribution centre. You will receive an email once your refund has been paid.  

Please note all homeware deliveries are final and cannot be returned. 


Damaged/Wrong Items Received

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email with your order number and a photo, and we will take care of it.  

Please note that all prints are hand block printed, so specks/spots of dye can occur. We love it as it’s part of the handmade charm!


Sale Items

Any items bought on sale cannot be refunded. This does not include an seasonal or welcome discount codes.
